Shipping & Returns
We currently offer local pickup at our Mt. Pleasant, SC location and a satellite location in West Ashley, in addition to USPS shipping options. Once you place your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order details as well as your pickup or shipping details. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to receive and process the package.
Please remember that the shipping method you choose is the time it takes for your finished order to be sent from our facility in South Carolina to your address. The shipping method you choose has no effect on the Turn Around Time. Please know that if you pay $50 for overnight shipping, this does not mean we will be able to ship your order overnight, it simply means once your order is complete we will pay the shipping carrier your $50 to deliver your order overnight once the order leaves our facility. If you want your order processed sooner, please choose the RUSH! My Order option to move your order up in our production schedule.

All customized products from Lytle & Me Designs are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If our returns department receives the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Due to credit card processing fees, there will be a 10% restocking fee on all credit card refunds. There will be no restocking fee if you choose a store credit.
If our returns department receives the merchandise within 15-21 days of delivery, a store credit will be issued to the email address provided on your original order.
If our returns department receives your return past the 21st day of delivery or the return does not meet the guidelines as outlined in our return policy, the items will be shipped back to the address provided on your original order. A standard shipping charge will be applied to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Should we make a mistake, we will pay for return shipping to our location and shipping back to you. Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable. Feel free to send your package back to us using the shipping method of your choice as you are responsible for these shipping charges. We do, however, suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance for the package. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and cannot issue any refunds for them.
Exchanges: Although we will try our best, because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are not always able to offer an exchange. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.
HOLIDAY EXTENSION FOR RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY): Due to the nature of shopping during the holidays, we will extend our return timeline for orders placed between November 23 and December 24. Returns for any order placed during that time period, and that meet our return guidelines, must be postmarked by January 15. Please note that refunds will only be in the form of store credit.
